MT. LAUREL, NJ —NAI Mertz has completed sales of two class A office buildings at 5000 & 7000 Atrium Way within Horizon Corporate Center in Mount Laurel, NJ. Both buildings encompass 50,000 square feet each—5000 Atrium Way is 100 percent leased and 7000 Atrium Way has one 12,000-square-foot unit available for lease.

The NAI Mertz team of Rebecca Ting, SIOR, vice president, and Julie Kronfeld, sales associate, represented the seller, SJS Realty of Cherry Hill, NJ, in the transaction. The buildings were sold to Main Line Development LLC for an undisclosed amount.

“With the recent uptick in the office market, coupled with our focused marketing campaigns to drive up occupancy, we were pleased to have been able to fill most of the vacant suites to make these properties more marketable for sale as investment opportunities,” says Ting.

Located on a lakeview campus, 5000 & 7000 Atrium Way are two modern, state-of-the-art, single-story Class A office buildings along the Route 73 corridor. There is easy access to Route 70, Route 38, the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295. The office buildings are also surrounded by numerous nearby amenities such as hotels, restaurants, childcare centers, fitness centers and public transportation.

“Because of its ideal location, Horizon Corporate Center is arguably one of the most coveted addresses in the greater Philadelphia region,” says Kronfeld. “The location of the office campus and the buildings' modern designs and flexibility, are what made these two properties so attractive to both the buyer and current tenants.”
