PHOENIX—Molly Busch has joined CBRE'S capital markets group in Phoenix. A senior associate, Busch will partner with vice president Andrew Fosberg. The duo focuses on investment sales with an emphasis in retail properties.

“Molly has an established track record and a solid reputation within the Phoenix business community, which complements Andrew's leadership and experience in investment sales,” says Craig Henig, CBRE's senior managing director and Arizona market leader. “Their combined talent and market knowledge add value and strengthen our ability to serve the complex real estate requirements of investors.”

Busch comes to CBRE from Grand Canyon University, where she was the director of marketing for athletics and fan development. In this role she created the framework and strategic marketing plan for overall athletic operations during the University's transition year from NCAA Division II to Division I. Prior to this position, she was a senior vice president with Thomas Title & Escrow and had a focus exclusively on commercial real estate transactions. During her time at Thomas Title & Escrow, Busch was responsible for the creation and development of the firm's marketing and sales divisions. She also spearheaded the company's first out-of-state expansion in Dallas, including operations, licensing and regulatory matters. Busch's extensive marketing and sales experience with these organizations has provided well-rounded experience and contacts she will leverage in her new role.
