HOUSTON--Guefen Development Co., a luxury apartment developer, investor and general contractor, announced that it will begin construction on Haven at Main, a 256-unit community in Houston. Situated on 8700 Main St., just south of the Texas Medical Center (TMC), Main will provide access to NRG Center, Texas Children's Hospital and MD Anderson Cancer Center, among other notable Houston venues. Guefen is breaking ground this month, and will deliver apartment homes next November.

Currently, Guefen has four other communities under construction in Houston: Haven at Eldridge, with 257 apartment homes; Haven at Westgreen, with 225 apartment homes; and Haven at West 11th and 2121 Ella, both of which will offer 121 apartment homes.
