Another Haven Set for Houston

HOUSTON–Guefen Development Co., a luxury apartment developer, investor and general contractor, announced that it will begin construction on Haven at Main, a 256-unit community in Houston. Situated on 8700 Main St., just south of the Texas Medical Center (TMC), Main will provide access to NRG Center, Texas Children’s Hospital and MD Anderson Cancer Center, among other notable Houston venues. Guefen is breaking ground this month, and will deliver apartment homes next November.

“I am pleased that this Class A luxury multi-family development will be housed in District K,” says Larry Green, Houston’s District K city council member. “This high-end development coincides with the type of development the Stadium Park Redevelopment Authority wishes to accomplish along the South Main corridor and will serve as a catalyst to additional quality development as South Main Street is refaced in time for the Super Bowl in 2017.”
