BLUE SPRINGS, MO—Just days after outlining its aggressive growth strategy exclusively here on GlobeSt.com, data-provider Xceligent has unveiled the naming of three new regional vice presidents. The newly appointed executives are Todd Marovich, who covers the East; Steven Golin, who presides over the West; and Joe Doyle, who will cover the Central states.
“The vice presidents play a pivotal role in the success that our teams have on the ground,” says chief strategy officer Daniel Ceniceros. “They're there to guide the sales force and work with the regional data teams to resolve data issues. They supervise the director of client services and oversee hiring, training and development. They are also our eyes on the ground, assisting with meetings and helping integrate with the national firms that we work with.”

Prior to joining the Xceligent team, Marovich served as senior account executive at CoreLogic, where he ran national accounts, working with some of the largest commercial real estate brokerage firms and real estate data providers.
Golin brings a 30-year career to his new stint. He started out as regional director for Blacks Office Guide. He continued in the information publishing business by developing the ManagerSource Guide, a one-stop shop of information, contacts and services for building owners and managers. In 1997, he joined CoStar where he opened new markets and developed significant vertical business opportunities. His understanding of the complexities of CRE led him to develop the first national directory of companies involved in the industry, www.creyellowpages.com

Before taking the VP title, Doyle was senior director for Xceligent's Wisconsin client services operation. A stint at Milwaukee Employment & Training preceded his current responsibilities, where as senior project manager, he focused on organizational effectiveness, policies and procedures. Prior to that, Doyle held positions at Corporate Executive Board and CoStar, where, as expansion market specialist for the Southeast, he launched new markets throughout that region and oversaw the Tennessee operations.
