PHOENIX—The Opus Group announces the addition of Sean Cummings as senior director, real estate development of Opus Development Company, L.L.C.'s Phoenix office.In his new role, Cummings will focus on development opportunities in the Phoenix area across multiple sectors, including office and industrial.

Cummings comes to Opus from Conor Commercial Real Estate, which was formed in 2012 by The McShane Companies, where he directed all ground-up development projects for the Phoenix office. During his combined 10 years at Conor Commercial Real Estate and McShane Development Company, Cummings developed more than 1.7 million square feet of industrial and 350,000 square feet of Class A office projects. Additionally, Cummings' experience includes more than six years at RREEF Property Trust, where he was responsible for portfolio management and acquisitions.
