DALLAS--Venture Commercial, a full-service retail brokerage firm, recently completed transactions in three different North Texas towns.

• Roanoke Gateway: Venture's land division represented developer MQ Development Partners in the sale of a 2.2-acre pad site at the Roanoke Gateway development, located on the northwest corner of State Highway 170 and State Highway 114 in Roanoke. An On the Border Mexican Grill & Cantina restaurant is scheduled for the site. Venture's Ken Reimer, Edward Bogel and David Davidson Jr. represented MQ Development. Kyle Anz of HGA Holdings LLC represented the buyer. Roanoke Gateway is currently under development and will be anchored by a 14-screen Cinemark multiplex that is expected to open this spring. In July, Venture announced the sale of another pad site for a Denny's restaurant.
• Highway 380 in Little Elm: Venture has completed the sale of two pad sites on the northeast quadrant of U.S. Highway 380 and Providence Boulevard in Little Elm. Clay Mote and Davidson Jr. of Venture represented the seller, Providence/380 Partners Ltd. in both transactions. One of the sites, approximately one acre in size, will be developed for an automotive business. Moore Matthews of KW Commercial represented the buyer. The other site, also approximately one acre, will be an emergency care clinic. John Withers of Scott Brown Commercial represented the buyer. Mote and Davidson Jr. are marketing the remaining pad sites at the intersection.
• Three Acres in Rockwall Sold: Venture has completed the sale of a three-acre tract of land located on the southeast quadrant of Interstate 30 and State Highway 205 in Rockwall. Mote represented the seller in the transaction. Gary Halbrooks of Venue Properties Inc. represented the buyer, Fenton Motors, who will develop the property for an automotive dealership.
