PHILADELPHIA, PA–The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and outplacement firm Lee Hecht Harrison are new occupants of leased space at APF Properties' 1601 Market Street. The LEED-certified class A office property in Center City Philadelphia features a recently completed retail/office development on the first and second floors, improving the streetscape on its block.
