LOS ANGELES—Steve Wolff has joined Stan Johnson Co., a leader in single-tenant net lease real estate, as associate director and lead broker in the firm's Los Angeles office. In this new role, Wolff will focus on net lease investment sales and expanding the Los Angeles office.
“Stan Johnson Co. is an industry leader in the single-tenant net leased sector, with amazing resources and broker support,” Wolff tells GlobeSt.com. “I believe the Stan Johnson Co. platform will allow me to represent my clients with a level of service that's unparalleled in the industry. But just as important to me, the culture and collaborative efforts amongst brokers within our firm is truly something special. I believe this is a great recipe for success and it will enable me to take my career to the next level.”
Wolff moved to Los Angeles from Dallas, TX, to accept the position. There, Wolff served as SVP of investment services at NAI Global, where he focused on industrial properties valued at $3 million or greater. He closed over $56 million in real estate transactions during his three years with the company. In his 13-year career, however, Wolff has closed more than $725 million in real estate transactions, which has earned him a spot on Black's 35 under 35 list three years in a row. “I believe that my more than 13 years of investment sales experience, market knowledge and long standing relationships across the country will assist in us becoming a local market leader for many years to come,” Wolff explains.
At Stan Johnson Co., Wolff will continue to specialize in industrial investment sales. While he will look for opportunities throughout the US, his primary focus will be on the western region. “I will serve an array of clients including real estate developers, REITs, corporations, private equity funds, institutions and private investors,” says Wolff, who will report to regional director Sam Alison, who recently lent his thoughts on the current retail market in preparation for ICSC. “My primary objective will be to play a key role in Alison's efforts to establish a market presence for Stan Johnson Co. in the Los Angeles and Southern California area.”
