CAMDEN, NJ—NAI Mertz has been awarded an exclusive sale/lease assignment for a 10-acre land parcel along Haddon Avenue in troubled Camden, NJ that comes with attractive New Jersey-funded incentives for buyers and lessees.

The Haddon Avenue site is recognized under the Grow New Jersey Assistance Program, which is part of the New Jersey Economic Opportunity Act of 2013. This program is offering potential buyers and lessees aggressive incentives and tax credits to encourage job creation and retention, making new development and corporate relocation extremely advantageous. Since the Haddon Avenue site is located in both a distressed municipality and an Urban Transit Hub, the incentives are even more generous. Companies looking to take advantage of an unparalleled incentive package can choose to build and/or relocate here and receive an estimated $15,000 tax credit, per employee, for 10 years.
