Santa Clara Res Project Launching

SANTA CLARA, CA—The new luxury residential rental community designed by KTGY will provide amenity-rich environment near employment and transit and help City of Santa Clara achieve its vision for El Camino Real.

SANTA CLARA, CA—A development team featuring architecture firm KTGY Group is about to begin work here on a 186-unit luxury rental community.

KTGY has joined with SummerHill Housing Group and SummerHill Apartment Communities on the project which will be known as Villas on the Boulevard. A groundbreaking ceremony is scheduled for Wednesday, October 8 at 4:00 p.m. The property is located on 2611 El Camino Real in Santa Clara, Calif., between Bowers Avenue and San Tomas Expressway, along Saratoga Creek in Santa Clara.
