MIAMI, FL—Real estate veteran Randy Olen, who until recently served as executive vice president of Colliers International South Florida, has joined CNL Commercial Real Estate here as a principal.

In his new capacity at CNL, Olen will help expand upon the brokerage firm's existing relationships in Miami and grow the company's office, retail and industrial brokerage platform here.

“CNL is building a regional operating platform with an integrated investment and development business. Randy is a perfect example of the type of experienced, seasoned real estate professional that we are attracting—one with not only superb expertise in the markets in which they transact, but one who also possesses the entrepreneurial spirit to do more than just broker deals, but wants to participate in the principal side of the business. We look forward to expanding both our services and our principal sides of the business with Randy,” says Pryse Elam, president of development and investment for CNL Commercial Real Estate.

Before joining Colliers International, Olen was principal of Holly Realty, senior vice president of CB Richard Ellis, and senior managing director of Insignia/ESG, where he was one of the founders of that firm's Miami office.

CNL Commercial Real Estate is headquartered in Orlando and offers a full range of commercial real estate services, including leasing and management, tenant representation, project management, facilities management and brokerage services, as well as a development and investment platform. It operates in all sectors of commercial real estate, including office, retail, industrial and multifamily.
