WALNUT CREEK, CA—Cassidy Turley, a leading commercial real estate services provider in the U.S., says that Brooks Pedder, has joined the firm as senior managing director in Walnut Creek.

In his new leadership role, Pedder will be assuming sales managing duties and responsibilities. In addition, local market service professionals Tony Binswanger and Bo Harkins have joined the firm's Walnut Creek office as a senior vice president and associate, respectively. All three professionals specialize in office and industrial properties within Contra Costa, Solano and Napa counties.
