SAN JOSE, CA—Taylor Morrison Home Corp. has acquired an eight-acre parcel in San Jose's developing Montecito Vista area where it has plans to build out 184 townhomes.

The Arizona-based firm paid about $32.5 million, for the land, according to a report in the Silicon Valley Business Journal. The seller was Integral Communities of Newport Beach, CA.

"We really like San Jose, Sunnyvale and all of Silicon Valley," spokeswoman Veronica Roberson told the news outlet.
