SECAUCUS, NJ–Xchange at Secaucus Junction, a luxury rental community, has added a new high-end apartment building, Next and a state-of-the-art membership-based “amenity center” called The Station.

At Next, renters can choose from one- and two-bedroom plans with Blue Ice granite countertops, GE stainless steel appliances and innovative floor plans to enhance their lifestyles, starting in the low $2,000's.

Xchange at Secaucus Junction opened in 2008 with the introduction of Helix (formerly known as Xchange), which has three buildings and 799 units, offering one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments. The opening of Next will add 579 total units with 266 opening during the first phase of construction.

Additional features and finishes at Next include glass tile kitchen backsplash, wood-grain ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen and foyer, full-size washer and dryer, luxurious Moen Align faucets and bathroom accessories, 1 ¼-inch full-granite bathroom vanity countertops, two-inch horizontal composite window blinds, recessed ceiling surround sound speakers, Gyp-Crete subfloors and rubber underlayment under tile for sound reduction, and upgraded in-unit Comlit video/messaging intercom system, among others.

The Station, a 35,000 ft2 state-of-the-art amenity center, is expected to become a focal point for the community. Rivaling the upscale amenities expected at expensive Manhattan complexes, Xchange at Secaucus Junction partnered with American Leisure to develop The Station, bringing residents four stories of contemporary indoor and outdoor lifestyle, fitness and wellness facilities as well as dynamic social spaces. Memberships to The Station are available to Next and Helix residents for an additional fee.

“Many of our residents commute to Manhattan each day, and we wanted to provide an escape from their hectic schedules,” says William Hayes, owner representative for Atlantic Realty Development Corporation. “We've carefully designed every inch of The Station to address the many different health and lifestyle needs of renters, all just steps away from home.”

A dedicated “Lifestyle Coordinator” at The Station can book tenants a spa treatment, reserve event or conference spaces, schedule a fitness class, make a dinner reservation or even arrange for car service. The Station amenities also include: a golf simulator, lounge with fireplace and juice bar, fitness-on-demand studio, cardio theaters, a spa, hot and cold yoga room, lap pool with integrated hot tub, outdoor fitness equipment, gaming and billiards room, and a screening room.

“We've been a part of the Secaucus community for several years now, and with the addition of Next and The Station, we've created a community with incomparable offerings and convenience,” says Hayes. “We've already received unprecedented interest in both Next and The Station, and we can't wait to open our doors to the new standard in ultra-modern, luxurious living.”
