MIAMI—Related Group is finding traction at its new mixed-use development in Fort Lauderdale, FL. CBRE just closed four premier retail tenants at The Manor@Flagler Village. All told, the brands leased 8,565 square feet at the property, which is still under construction.

Those tenants are: Source Salon, an Aveda Lifestyle Salon with an existing location in Wilton Manors; The Brass Tap Beer Bar, a craft beer bar with locations throughout Florida; Venetian Nail Spa, a salon with locations throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties; and new-to-market Colada Cuban Coffee House & Eatery, a concept by the owners of the 30-year-old Miramar Bakery.

“All these tenants fit into the lifestyle environment that the landlord envisioned for the project,” CBRE's Danny Diaz tells GlobeSt.com. “When we first started the leasing program, we wanted to attract retailers that would fill a void in the market and attract people to the project. I believe these tenants do exactly that and look forward to seeing this area grow.”
