AUSTIN, TX.–San Francisco-based DivcoWest, an asset, property and construction management and leasing services firm, has completed the purchase of Lakewood Center and The Park located in Austin’s northwest submarket. The two projects contain three buildings totaling approximately 185,000 square feet of class A office space.

Lakewood Center consists of two buildings located on Highway 360, one building with approximately 48,000 square feet and the other with 44,000 square feet. The Park, located on Highway 1/MoPac Expressway, is a single building with approximately 93,000 square feet.
