MONTCLAIR, NJ–Pinnacle Companies Realty Group, the exclusive broker for The Siena, has signed three new retailers at The Siena luxury mixed-use community on South Park and Church Streets: Chocolate Works, the Heritage House restaurant and Jimmy John's gourmet sandwiches.
“We've seen increasingly high demand for ground-floor retail space at The Siena, located just steps from Bloomfield Avenue,” says Suzanne Kiall Benedetto, broker of record for Pinnacle Companies Realty Group. “We're thrilled that these retailers are joining other prominent businesses including Starbucks, New York Sports Club, Verizon, Supercuts and the Woodhouse Spa.”
There is one more retail space of about 1,900 square feet available in the building, says Benedetto.
“These retailers are fantastic new additions to the Siena retail development, which anchors the seven-story building with luxury condominium residences above,” says Brian M. Stolar, president and CEO, The Pinnacle Companies. “The retail mix at Siena has and will continue to energize South Park Street, which just recently benefited from a $1.5 million investment by Montclair Township, adding wide pedestrian walkways, new lighting, landscaping and other improvements.”
The Siena has 35,000 square feet of street-level boutique retail space and 101 luxury condominium residences on the site of the former Hahne & Company department store. The Siena project was built as a joint venture between The Pinnacle Companies, Kohl Partners and the Mandelbaum family.
