NEW YORK CITY—Actavis, Inc. has revealed plans to make available for sublease approximately 175,000 square feet at 909 Third Ave., in Midtown East. CBRE’s agency team of Howard Fiddle, Zach Freeman, Anthony Dattoma and Evan Fiddle, along with CBRE Global Corporate Services’ Bill Mooney and Robert Denney, represent the pharmaceutical company.

Located between 54th and 55th streets, the space was built two years ago and is ready for move in as soon as next month. The build-outs are consistent throughout the available space at the office tower, which is owned by Vornado.
