ALEXANDRIA, VA—The National School Boards Association has put its headquarters building on Duke Street here on the market for sale.

The association has retained Donohoe Real Estate Services/CORFAC International to market its headquarters building at 1680 Duke St. The association currently occupies the entire five-story, 47,000-square-foot building, according to the Washington Business Journal.

The NSBA is looking to move to new headquarters space or lease back part of the space at 1680 Duke St. The association, which represents state school boards, has occupied the building since it was completed in 1984. See story in the Washington Business Journal.
