CBRE Hires Two for San Diego Region

SAN DIEGO—Paul King Joins from GE Capital as Managing Director of Asset Services, while Greg Mikrut comes from BioMed Realty Trust where he served as the primary analyst for multiple markets.

SAN DIEGO—CBRE says Paul King will join the company as managing director of asset services in the San Diego region. King will oversee the management of more than 15 million square feet under asset services.

King brings more than 25 years of property management, asset management, construction management, leasing and business strategy experience. Most recently he served as National Leasing Manager for GE Capital’s equity real estate group with a 16 million square foot portfolio. He was directly responsible for regional net operating income performance with over $150 million annual revenue. King contributed to more than $700 million of construction-managed projects and $1.8 billion of completed lease transactions.
