UNION, NJ—Bussel Realty Corp. has brokered the sale of 600 Green Lane, a 91,000-square-foot distribution and headquarters facility in Union, NJ. The property was sold for $6.6 million to Millstein Acquisitions and D'Artagnan. BRC senior vice presidents Robert Sager and David Blitt represented the owner in the transaction. Blau & Berg represented the purchaser.

600 Green Lane is a solid real estate investment and will be developed into a state-of-the-art distribution facility, complete with cold/dry storage, and provide for the warehouse needs of D'Artagnan,” says BRC's Blitt. “D'Artagnan is the nation's leading purveyor of foie gras, game meat, organic poultry, pâtés, sausages and smoked delicacies.”

The 5.9-acre 600 Green Lane property provides a strategic location in northern New Jersey, only four miles from Port Newark/Elizabeth and Newark Liberty Airport. The property is minutes to Route 22, the Garden State Parkway, I-78 and the New Jersey Turnpike with access to points east and west and north and south. 600 Green Lane is also walking distance to a midtown Manhattan direct NJ Transit station. The property features 13,000 square feet of modern offices, 26- to 28-foot high ceilings, 17 loading docks, 163 parking spaces, and was renovated in 2004 and 2005.
