LEVITTOWN, PA—Bussel Realty Corp. has signed plastic manufacturer Poly Cube Company to a lease for 100,000 square feet of industrial space at 30 Runway Drive in Levittown, PA. Steve Bussel, BRC president, handled the transaction and represented the tenant. Frank Greek Development owns the property.
“The class A space and strategic location of the property in Levittown made perfect sense for Poly Cube's plastic manufacturing business operations,” says Bussel. “We were happy to assist with helping the company locate a facility which will best serve the needs of its customers in the region.”
30 Runway Drive is a 201,600-square-foot, class A industrial facility on 12 acres. Built in 1991, the property has 28-foot ceiling heights, 40-foot by 42-foot column spacing, wet sprinklers, six tailboard and four rail doors for loading and ample parking. The property is near the intersection of I-276 and Route 13 and is close to I-295 with access to New Jersey and the New Jersey Turnpike.
