SEATTLE—Colliers International and CoreNet Global, say they have reached the first BenchCoRE-Service Provider benchmarking agreement in the corporate real estate industry. This agreement will provide Colliers 360, the dashboard and analytics technology created by Colliers, with data services from BenchCoRE, a first-of-its-kind corporate real estate benchmarking service owned by CoreNet Global.
"This groundbreaking agreement with CoreNet Global will help to better inform business decisions for our clients," said Scott Nelson, president, corporate solutions Americas at Colliers International. "BenchCoRE's data will add another layer of benchmarking and insights that prior to now has been very difficult for any major occupier of real estate to relate to their specific situation."
Colliers 360 provides complete coverage for clients' corporate real estate and facilities performance management. It contains proprietary tools including proactive location scoring, transaction and project effectiveness, savings identification and strategic planning on workplace strategy, among many others. Colliers 360 is highly customizable, and integrates with any preexisting technology.
"With Colliers 360, we are always looking for ways to better service our clients with valuable data not readily available," said Chris Zlocki, executive managing director strategy and innovation at Colliers International. "The partnership with CoreNet Global will further our mission to be the most innovative service provider."

BenchCoRE currently has nearly 120 million square feet of space, over 3,600 global locations and includes close to 100 countries already in its database. BenchCoRE is currently working with 15 companies that are in various stages of the data collection and normalization process adding significantly to the indicated metrics.
"We are proud to announce Colliers as our first service provider partner for BenchCoRE," said CoreNet Global CEO Angela Cain. "BenchCoRE is founded on years of research and development, and now these insights will further expand Colliers 360's insights for clients."
BenchCoRE, launched in the fall of 2013 and has a total of more than thirty five companies that have agreed to participate. These companies provide their real estate portfolio data to BenchCoRE. The data is then normalized using BenchCoRE's proprietary definitions and algorithms. This process ensures that data from all companies is standardized and provides actionable peer-to-peer comparisons - whether by industry, ownership status, geography, asset type and more.
CoreNet Global is a leading association for corporate real estate (CRE) and workplace professionals, service providers and economic developers.
