SECAUCUS, NJ—River Drive Construction has finished renovating online luxury consigner The RealReal's 128,884 square-foot corporate headquarters in Secaucus.
To help the company accommodate its rapid growth, including the need for more administrative office space and enhanced logistics capabilities, River Drive demolished and reconfigured interior walls and built-out The RealReal's office suite. The company also installed new lighting and finishes throughout the headquarters' 119,984-square-foot first floor and its 8,900-square-foot second-floor mezzanine.
The renovations enable The RealReal to manage more efficiently the processing of items for sale, and the secure storage of all inventory.
“The RealReal is growing by leaps and bounds,” says Joseph P. Langan, president of River Drive Construction. “An enterprise of its stature and complexity needs a first-class, versatile space that can accommodate the increased growth and sophistication of its operation. River Drive is pleased that we had the opportunity to help The RealReal assess the needs of its physical space and implement the optimal solution. It is our hallmark that we are able to understand the nuances of any type of business in order to deliver results that position our clients for future success.”
Brian Tobiasz of Tobiasz Management represented The RealReal in overseeing the construction of this space.
