LIVINGSTON, NJ—The Building Owners and Managers Association of New Jersey has recognized Eastman Management Corporation's Eisenhower Corporate Campus in Livingston as “The Outstanding Building of the Year” in the “250,000 to 499,999-square-foot” category. Eisenhower Corporate Campus is Eastman's class-A office complex located at 290 W. Mount Pleasant Ave. in the Essex County township.

“Receiving this award is a tremendous honor and it reinforces Eisenhower Corporate Campus' stature as a premier headquarters-quality, high-energy level business address in Northern New Jersey,” says Michael Schofel, Eastman's co-managing partner. “We strive to incorporate the industry's best practices into the operating plan for all our properties. This recognition is a testament to our team's hard work and commitment to excellence in property management.”

BOMA presented the award to Eastman at its recent Annual TOBY Awards. The state chapter's winners qualify for BOMA's 2014-2015 Regional Awards competition, being held next spring.

BOMA New Jersey's annual “TOBY” Award recognizes quality in office buildings and rewards excellence in office building management. Every facet of a building's operations are evaluated as part of the judging criteria, including site management practices, emergency planning/procedures, tenant services, operational efficiency, accessibility, green building initiatives and community involvement, among others.

This is the second time BOMA has honored Eisenhower Corporate Campus with a TOBY Award. The business campus earned top honors in the “Best Managed Building Complex” category in 1999.

Eisenhower Corporate Campus, comprised of four interconnecting buildings on 33.5 acres, includes major amenities such as a conference center and 220-seat auditorium with state-of-the-art audio and video equipment, a full-service cafeteria and a staffed full-service fitness center.
