DALLAS –The NAI Robert Lynn Retail Division recently arranged the lease of an approximately 45,000-square-foot retail space to Texas Family Fitness. Dan Avnery, co-managing partner of the NAI Robert Lynn Retail Division, represented the tenant in the transaction.

The space is located within the Plano Towne Square shopping center and is adjoined to anchor tenants such as Inwood National Bank, Rent-A-Center and Dollar General. The shopping center was built in 1985.

“At NAI Robert Lynn, we focus on finding the right location for our clients that will contribute to the growth of their business,” Avnery told GlobeSt.com. “This new Plano location will take the family aspect of Texas Family Fitness to the next level. The large space allows the company to build a Kid's Club spanning more than 3,000 square feet, showcasing its commitment to its patrons priorities and promoting a healthy lifestyle for the whole family.”

But first, the space will be remodeled: More than $500,000 will be spent to update the club's interior and exterior.

"It was a no-brainer to open a second location in Plano,” says Trevor Rogers, Texas Family Fitness' owner. “The new facility will be on the east side and complement the west Plano location which just broke 11,000 active members. In the past two years, Texas Family Fitness has focused on improving each club in DFW by remodeling or expanding and adding features that most other clubs do not offer, such as individual TVs on every piece of cardio equipment.”

With seven locations in North Texas, the club aims to provide affordable family fitness.
