KING OF PRUSSIA, PAWillner Properties recently completed phase one of a capital improvement campaign for the class A Exton Corporate Center, 102 Pickering Way, Exton, PA. The project included extensive renovations for the 80,000 square foot, five-story building. Willner is actively marketing approximately 40,000 square feet of available build-to-suit space.

Along with lobby and elevator improvements, new energy efficient lighting fixtures, a flat screen television and glass Herculite doors were installed to usher in natural light. All common areas including the lobby were painted, re-carpeted and a new tenant directory and signage were installed on all floors.
