NAPA, CA—Demolition work has begun here for a five-story, 183-room, 4-Diamond, boutique luxury Archer Hotel with a grand opening planned for Winter 2016. The development will be part of the ongoing transformation of Napa Center, Trademark Property Co. and Zapolski Real Estate's 275,000-square-foot, mixed-use redevelopment in downtown Napa. Wichita, Kansas-based LodgeWorks Partners, L.P. recently closed on the acquisition of the hotel site.

In addition to the Archer Hotel, Napa Center will create a central downtown district with 40 high quality fashion and specialty shops, best-in-class food and beverage venues, as well as provide a vibrant, mixed-use environment celebrating the Napa Valley lifestyle.

"Downtown Napa continues to gain momentum, and Archer will be the highest quality hotel in the downtown area. This follows on the heels of LodgeWorks' recent opening of their first hotel in New York City," said Todd Zapolski, founder of Zapolski Real Estate.
