Carrington Real Estate Services Acquires Realty Direct

WASHINGTON, DC—The local firm has offices in Largo, MD, as well as Ashburn and McLean, VA.

WASHINGTON, DC—Carrington Real Estate Services, based in Santa Ana, CA, has acquired Realty Direct‘s assets and operations in the Washington, DC metro area. These include offices and staff in Largo, MD, as well as Ashburn and McLean, VA.

All total, the acquisition adds approximately 230 agents to Carrington, who will be operating under the majority owner of Realty Direct, Wendy Powers.
