CARLSTADT, NJ—NAI Hanson has leased a 33,000-square-foot, modern industrial building at 50 Amor Avenue in Carlstadt, NJ to moving company M4U Inc.
NAI Hanson vice presidents Jeff DeMagistris, SIOR and Tom Vetter, SIOR oversaw the transaction on behalf of building owner Amor SGE LLC.
M4U leased the property to expand its operations and to cultivate a more corporate image for its new home while staying in close proximity to NYC. The warehouse property, which provides convenient access to the New Jersey Turnpike, features four loading docks, two drive-ins, 1,200 amps of power and ample parking.
“Our team worked closely with Amor to market this property to a stable tenant that is experiencing growth and looking to take advantage of 50 Amor's state-of-the-art features and ideal location,” says DeMagistris. “Situated near the turnpike, with easy access to New York City, the facility will support the company's logistical needs as its business continues to scale.”
