JLL-Managed Parsippany Building Earns A TOBY

PARSIPPANY, NJ—Morris Corporate Center III, 400 Interpace Parkway in Parsippany, a class A, 530,000-square-foot office property received the Building Owners and Managers Association of New Jersey’s 2014 BOMA Outstanding Building of the Year Award as the best-managed building in BOMA’s Suburban Office Park (Low Rise)category.

Jones Lang LaSalle has served as property manager and exclusive leasing agent at Morris Corporate Center III since December 2007. Property management services at the complex are overseen by Dana Getz, group manager and vice president; Brian Finnerty, chief engineer; and Shannon Harrington, finance manager. JLL also serves as exclusive leasing agent for the building, with Jonathan Meisel, managing director, and Fred Hyatt, vice president, overseeing marketing and transaction services.
