MIAMI—Another firm has set up regional headquarters for its Latin American business division in Miami. Berkley Insurance Company, a member company of W.R. Berkley Corporation, just signed a 21,363-square-foot office lease at 600 Brickell at Brickell World Plaza.

Noël Steinfeld, senior vice president at JLL, completed the lease transaction on behalf of the tower's developer, Foram Group. Jack Lowell, executive vice president at Pointe Group Advisors, represented Berkley. Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed.

“W. R. Berkley Corporation's decision to open its regional headquarters for Latin America at 600 Brickell not only cements the property's position as an address of choice for national and international tenants, but also represents a win for Miami's business community,” says Steinfeld. “The new-to-market tenant marks the latest US-based international company to expand to Miami due to the city's gateway status to Latin America, favorable business climate and abundance of lifestyle and cultural amenities.”
