NEWPORT BEACH, CA—Newport Beach-based Sabal Financial has introduced a web-based technology tool to help commercial real estate term financing professionals generate live quotes for loans ranging from $1 million to $10 million on stabilized properties nationally.

The company's “Secure Next-Gen Application Process,” or SNAP, automates part of the loan application and closing process, and lets brokers view and manage deals in real-time, through a secure online portal.

The company is introducing the online tool with a short video featuring the firm's director of commercial real estate term lending, Len Israel.

“In a business such as ours, where we tend to scale on a nationwide basis, technology has to be in place and it has to be effective,” says Israel in the video. “For us, implementing technology means we can have more efficiencies and better service levels.”

SNAP empowers brokers, says Israel, because “they have knowledge at their fingertips.”

Speed, accuracy, and certainty of execution are all critical factors in commercial real estate lending, Sabal says. SNAP provides a security-controlled interface that enables brokers and borrowers to start the loan application process with a real-time interest rate quote generator, use loan tracking tools for complete transparency regarding the status of each loan and a dynamic closing checklist generator to help manage the closing process.
