For young professionals, the commercial real estate industry comes with a number of hurdles, not the least of which is pay in the early years. And then, don’t forget the challenge of mentoring. The joys and pains of being a young pro in CRE was the topic of conversation in this exclusive video interview from the SIOR Fall World Conference.
