CBRE Completes Puppet Labs HQ Move

PORTLAND, OR—CBRE Portland has completed the project management assignment to oversee the relocation of Puppet Labs from their prior Pearl District location to downtown’s “Block 300” building at 308 SW 2nd Avenue. Puppet Labs, an IT automation software specialist, commenced operations at their new location last week.

Earlier this year, CBRE Portland’s team won the competitive bid to manage the nine-month long project that entailed oversight of the end-to-end process. The team worked closely with the architect, landlord and contractor, and managed the tenant improvement budget along with co-ordination of third party services from the furniture, lighting, kitchen, audio-visual and technology services provider community.
