HOUSTON– Savills Studley recently represented Blank Rome LLP in negotiating its long-term lease of 27,144 square feet on the 14th floor of 717 Texas Avenue. The law firm currently occupies space on the 40th and 41st floors of 700 Louisiana St. Blank Rome, which will expand its footprint by nearly 6,000 square feet, plans to relocate in February.

“Remaining in the northwestern quadrant of downtown was priority one for Blank Rome,” Kevin Hodges, senior managing director at Savills Studley, told GlobeSt.com. “Considering we ended up two blocks north of our current location, we hit that target spot on.”
