KENILWORTH, NJ—Bussel Realty Corp. arranged the sale of 25 Sidney Circle in Kenilworth, NJ, an industrial facility of approximately 17,200 square feet.

The property, which sold for $1.5 million, features 16-foot ceilings, one loading dock, one drive-in, and 1,410-square-foot offices. It is located adjacent to Route 22 and near all major transportation arteries including I-78, the New Jersey Turnpike, and Garden State Parkway.

The buyer, Scheininger Real Estate, purchased the facility for Flexline and will use it for the manufacture of specialty hose assemblies for the pharmaceutical, steel, food and aviation industries. BRC's executive vice president Gregory Irving, SIOR, represented the buyer in this transaction. The seller was BPS Company.

“25 Sidney Court provides ample parking, heavy power and higher ceilings for better utilization of space,” says Irving. “Its location provides easy access to Route 22, Garden State Parkway, the ports and Newark Liberty Airport.”

BRC is marketing Scheininger Real Estate's former warehouse facility in Linden, a 10,000-square-foot industrial property which features three drive-in loading doors and 1,500 square feet of office space.
