Colvill Will Lease 1415 Louisiana

HOUSTON–Colvill Office Properties has been retained to lease 1415 Louisiana, a 43-story, 520,000-square-foot office building in Houston’s Central Business District. Richard Barbles and Connor Saxe of Colvill Office Properties will handle leasing for the class A space, formerly known at Wedge International Tower. The property is a project of WEDGE Commercial Properties Corp.

“There are a lot of positive developments going on in the CBD, with new office, multi-family, hotel, and retail projects coming on line,” Chip Colvill, president of Colvill Office Properties, told GlobeSt.com. “The CBD offers the ‘live, work and play’ environment employers are looking for today to appeal to the millennials. [The building] will be positioned to appeal to these progressive employers looking to move to the CBD.”
