RED BANK, NJ—West Side Lofts, a luxury rental apartment development in the borough's Arts and Antiques District, is now leasing units to the public. An advance leasing for VIP registrants that started three weeks ago has already rented 25 percent of the units, according to owners Woodmont Properties and its partner Metrovation.

West Side Lofts is a desirable location in the heart of the downtown district, which offers convenient walkability to this culturally and entertainment rich neighborhood that is just one block from the train station,” says Lewis Zlotnick, president of Woodmont Properties. “We are excited to add to the downtown Red Bank experience in a vibrant, new rental community that combines exceptional residences with great lifestyle-enhancing amenities.”

West Side Lofts offers a mix of one- and two-bedroom finished lofts, two-story townhomes, and three-story live/work maisonettes with private roof decks.

West Side Lofts' location in the borough's downtown puts residents within walking distance of restaurants, shops, entertainment, and the NJ Transit rail station with service to Newark and New York. The community is also just steps away from the critically acclaimed Two River Theatre, The Count Basie Theatre, and the Red Bank Galleria.

Community amenities include a rooftop lounge and outdoor deck with hot tub, fire pit and barbeque grill; strength and cardio center; clubroom with resident lounge; game room; business center; four sky lounges; private courtyard with seating area; electric vehicle charging station; and package concierge service. West Side Lofts also incorporates 25,000 square feet of restaurant and retail shops, including a Triumph Brewing Company restaurant.

Select residences feature views of the Navesink River, and all homes offer kitchens with quartz countertops, contemporary cabinetry and stainless steel appliances, master baths with quartz counters, dual sinks, and oversized shower or tub. Apartments include high ceilings and oversized windows, and LVT Walnut wood design flooring throughout. Apartments also feature large walk-in closets with double hanging shelves, free TV and Internet service, sound absorbing construction technology, and in-home washer and dryer units. Patios, balconies, Juliet balconies and/or bay windows are also available with select residences.
