PHILADELPHIA, PA—Mitchell M. Roschelle, national business leader, Real Estate Business Advisory Services for PriceWaterHouseCoopers, will present PWC's Emerging Trends in Real Estate at The Urban Land Institute Philadelphia's 15th annual Emerging Trends Conference on November 21. The program takes place at 7:30 a.m. at the Union League of Philadelphia, 140 S Broad St., Philadelphia, PA 19102.
The program also features a panel discussion entitled, “The Evolution of the Tri-State Region's Real Estate Market and the Comfort Level of Institutional Investors,” with Daniel M. DiLella, president and CEO, Equus Capital Partners; William P. Hankowsky, president and CEO, Liberty Property Trust; David B. Rubenstein, founder, Rubenstein Partners; and Gerard H. Sweeney, president, chief executive officer and trustee, Brandywine Realty Trust, expected to participate.
