DALLAS—Some 200 commercial real estate professionals are set to usher in next week's RealShare Dallas conference at the W Hotel-Victory Park.

With a vibrant Dallas/Fort Worth market as the backdrop, four panel discussions will focus on topics such as how manufacturing and distribution industries are positively impacting the industrial sector, and what to expect in 2015.

The half-day event's second discussion, “Transactions in Focus,” offers the area's most active buyers, sellers and dealmakers, all who will explore current and emerging trends, and share their views on the most important issues affecting leasing, investment and finance.

The moderator, Drew Kile with Institutional Property Advisors, will lead a session featuring Vic Clark, managing director of Hunt Mortgage Group's multifamily unit; Kerby Smith, vice president for development and finance at Trademark Property Co.; and Gary Walker, managing principal at Coldwell Banker Commercial Alliance.

Clark, whose expertise in in finance, says the session should shed light on a number of key issues.

“We will discuss current trends and deal structures as well as new products,” he told GlobeSt.com. “How to maximize leverage and minimize cost and how to win deals in a competitive environment.”
