EATONTOWN, NJ—Nordstrom Rack will be occupying 35,500 square feet in The Crossroads at Eatontown, 231 Highway 35, Eatontown, NJ, with an opening scheduled for fall 2015.

“We are thankful that our upgrade is complete and excited to have Nordstrom's Rack as a new addition to our family of stores,” says Darlene Lukaszewicz, manager of LGR Associates, LP.

The Crossroads at Eatontown, a renovated center, is conveniently located across from the main entrance of the Monmouth Mall. The Nordstrom Rack store will be situated on the corner of Highway 35 and Highway 36 with easy access from Exit 105 on the Garden State Parkway and Exit 13B on Route 18. The center consists of 105,735 square feet. Other tenants at the center include Macy's Furniture and Fortunoff Backyard. Helena Loelius, senior vice president and Trista Ricciardelli of Sitar Realty Company-TCN Worldwide are LGR Associates' leasing representatives at the Eatontown location.

Construction by Gerard Construction Corp. of Wall, NJ is expected to begin this year. Jeffrey Howard of Ripco Real Estate Corp. represented the tenant.
