PHOENIX—Companies formed by Westport, CT-based Greenfield Partners paid $41 million to purchase 575,430 square feet of office and industrial buildings in Phoenix and Tempe, BREWAZ is reporting. In five separate sales, the seller was RREEF America REIT II Portfolio L.P., which is managed by Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management in Chicago. The grouping of Valley properties was sold as part of a larger portfolio that Greenfield Partners acquired from Deutsche-managed entities. A national CBRE sales team brokered the deal with assistance on the Phoenix and Tempe assets coming from Pat Feeney, Dan Calihan and Rusty Kennedy of the CBRE Phoenix office.
