PHOENIX—Colliers International in Greater Phoenix recently sold the 82,450-square-foot Dove Mountain Centre, a high-end shopping center in Marana. This premier property is located at the main entrance to the Dove Mountain master-planned community.

Mindy Korth, executive vice president, and Kirk Kuller, vice president, both of Colliers International, represented the seller. Paul Schloss of Bourne Advisory Services, LLC represented the buyer.

There was a lot of interest in this property and the buyers saw the potential and are enthusiastic about a long-term investment in the growth of Marana.”
