DALLAS–Cassidy Turley has announced that its project and development services team will oversee the design and construction of Sidley Austin LLP's 73,600-square-foot office space at the new McKinney & Olive office building in Uptown Dallas.

“The McKinney & Olive building offers a bold, futuristic presence in the Uptown area and is exactly what Sidley needs to maintain their mission of providing the best service to clients and the community,” Brad Blankenship, managing director of project development services for Cassidy Turley, told GlobeSt.com.

Sidley Austin, a global law firm with more than 1,800 attorneys in 18 offices around the world, has leased the top three floors of Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC's new office tower. The new space is adjacent to The Ritz-Carlton.

Cassidy Turley's team -- Blankenship, managing director Dale Martin and senior project manager Kyle Griffith -- worked with Cassidy Turley's brokerage team of vice chairman Randy Cooper and executive managing director Craig Wilson to position the client with its new landlord. Gensler is the project architect.

“A brand-new building, paired with incredible views of Uptown, make this office building very desirable and a perfect fit for Sidley to continue its growth and success,” Blankenship says. “As we complete the design stage of the process, we look forward to seeing the finished product in August 2016.”
