Rockefeller Group Moving Forward

PHOENIX—The Rockefeller Group recently completed its 82,000-square-foot flex/office building on 8.2 acres at the Chandler Corporate Center campus. The building is the company's second spec building in the office park.

PHOENIX—The Rockefeller Group recently completed its 82,000-square-foot flex/office building on 8.2 acres at the Chandler Corporate Center campus. The building is the company’s second spec building in the office park.

Mark Singerman, vice president, regional director at The Rockefeller Group’s Phoenix office, tells GlobeSt.com, “The proposals are out to tenants. We’ve had a lot of interest. We recently held a broker open house and the building was very well received. There is not a lot of product in the pipeline and the fundamentals of the submarket are healthy.
