HACKENSACK, NJ—L&B Realty Advisors, LLP has named NAI James E. Hanson to manage and lease a portfolio of 10 industrial properties totaling more than 850,000 square feet throughout northern and central New Jersey.

  • 2501 71st St., North Bergen – 165,090 SF
  • 475 Alfred Ave., Teaneck – 100,073 SF
  • 99 Murray Hill Parkway, East Rutherford – 103,502 SF
  • 125 Entin Rd., Clifton – 87,280 SF
  • 601-629 Montrose Ave., South Plainfield – 75,000 SF
  • 343 Murray Hill Parkway – East Rutherford – 53,361 SF
  • 22 Cragwood Rd., Avenel – 40,000 SF
  • 50 Amor Ave., Carlstadt – 33,000 SF
  • 255 Highland Cross, Rutherford – 22,531 SF
