HACKENSACK, NJ—L&B Realty Advisors, LLP has named NAI James E. Hanson to manage and lease a portfolio of 10 industrial properties totaling more than 850,000 square feet throughout northern and central New Jersey.

Hanson's Steve Pastor, Ken Lundberg, SIOR, and Patrick Lennon will coordinate the leasing activities for the portfolio. Hanson chief operating officer Ivette Correa and CFO Virginia Conrad will oversee property management.

- 475 Alfred Ave., Teaneck – 100,073 SF

- 601-629 Montrose Ave., South Plainfield – 75,000 SF
- 343 Murray Hill Parkway – East Rutherford – 53,361 SF
- 22 Cragwood Rd., Avenel – 40,000 SF
- 50 Amor Ave., Carlstadt – 33,000 SF
- 255 Highland Cross, Rutherford – 22,531 SF
