CHERRY HILL, NJ—The Three Executive Campus office building here has been sold in a deal reportedly worth approximately $29 million.

New York City-based investment firm Madison Capital sold the six-story 430,995-square-foot office building to a New York-based partnership, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal. Madison Capital acquired the first mortgage on the property and foreclosed on the note in May 2011.

The building located off Route 38 was at one time referred to as the Stone & Webster building. Three Executive Campus is located at the six-buiding Cherry Hill Executive Campus, which totals more than 900,000 square feet.

Lockheed Martin anchors the building and occupies 125,000 square feet. Campbell Soup Co., Cooper Health System, Subaru of America are among the other tenants at the building. See story in the Philadelphia Business Journal.
