BALTIMORE—Officials with Comstock Partners of Reston, VA and Chicago-based InterPark Holdings are expected to present plans for a mixed-use project on East Pratt Street that will feature rental apartments and a new hotel.

Clark, executive vice president of the Baltimore Development Corp.
